Cake
1. How far in advance should I order a wedding cake?
It’s recommended to have your wedding cake ordered and the contract signed at least 6 months to a year.
2. How to choose your wedding cake style, size and design?
You will have a scheduled consultation with your pastry chef to discuss cake flavors, style, colors and design. You will be sent an estimate with a full description and details of your wedding cake to come.
3. Pick up or deliver?
Ideally it would be best to have your wedding cake delivered to remove any of the stress you may have about picking up on that special day. However, if you would like to pick up, cakes that are 1 tier are available for pick up. Whereas, all cakes 2 tiered and up are all delivered only, as they’ll have to be assembled at the venue.
4. How to store your leftover wedding cake?
To store leftover cake, plastic wrap tightly, twice, and wrap in foil paper. Store in your freezer for 6 months to a year. When you are ready to enjoy, thaw completely for aleast 3-4 hours.
